Ootd: Styling My Zara Jacket

Ootd: Styling My Zara Jacket

Hello my lovelies.

I’m currently working through a massive backlog of photos and blog post ideas so please bear with me! Today’s post is a quick ootd for you all. The weekend after Eid – speaking of Eid, my Eid ootd post will be up soon, the whole family got together and had a big family out! We decided to go to Manzil’s restaurant and after wearing asian suits for days on end, I was eager to dress up in a different style!

I bought this Zara number with Sarah a few months ago, I completely fell in love with it. To be honest, when I saw it in the store, I knew I really liked it, I just wasn’t sure if I could:

a) pull it off
b) how I’d style it

But from some convincing from Sarah in the fitting rooms, I decided to get it!

I’m not sure if you guys remember, but I bought these wedges a while ago too (basically, I buy new things and then wait ages to pluck up the courage and the ‘right’ time to wear them). So even though, I RARELY wear heels, this was a big thing for me.

To be honest, I really loved how the outfit went together! Also, look at my mehndi! I love having my mehndi done so so much, I loved how it turned out on Eid-Ul-Fitr this year.

I was so excited to spend time with my family and my little nephew, I didn’t manage to get any ootd pictures until the end of the night, but I thought i’d still show you what my outfit looked like!

With love,
Soph
