I am soooo excited to introduce you all to my dressing table!!
I have always wanted one, something of my own where I could put all my girlie things and be able to sit and play and properly get ready!
Before our wedding my husband had chosen this beautiful distressed walnut coloured bed and matching bed side tables.
We had decided if we were going to get a dressing table it would have to match. Then wherever we moved we would take it with us as a set. We ordered everything from heirloom furniture based in the north west. I was a little picky, so I chose the style I wanted and changed the mirror and added a stool. I wanted it to have enough drawers – as I have a lot of stuff – it has 9 altogether!
Below is the sketch of the dressing table. It was hand made in Insonesia, it did take a long time but when it came! I didn’t take along time filling it up 🙂
I also asked for the letter S to be engraved in the mirror frame 🙂
